Description

The Footlights is Cambridge University’s foremost comedy club, with a history dating back to 1883. Initially performing musical comedies around neighbouring villages, the student club today puts on sketch shows, stand-up nights, and an annual pantomime. This year marks the Footlights 150th anniversary. The exhibition explores the history and identity of the world-renowned comedy group, using digitised copies of the original archival material.

Curated by members of the current Footlights.
